Privacy policy

This policy describes how NorthCoast DevOps LLC (ncdLabs) handles personal and account information for ncdLabs.com, related services, and software products we operate or distribute.

Who we are

Controller: NorthCoast DevOps LLC (doing business as ncdLabs). Privacy requests: privacy@ncdlabs.com. Security issues: security@ncdlabs.com. Service outages: help@ncdlabs.com.

Information we process

Website analytics

Public marketing pages use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZQP4YFLGY7) to understand visits, navigation, and selected product events. Analytics may include approximate location, device and browser details, and pages viewed. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Purchases and billing

Paid products are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects payment details and billing information you provide. ncdLabs receives confirmation data (such as email and plan) to fulfill orders and send receipts. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Contact and inquiry forms

When you submit a contact or product inquiry, we collect the fields you enter and email them to ncdLabs so we can respond. We use that information to answer your request unless you later become a customer under a separate agreement.

Clippy support chat

The Clippy support experience may send your messages through our server to AI providers to generate a reply. We do not store chat transcripts. We may store a short-lived anonymous session identifier and a randomly assigned comedy “mood” label so tone stays consistent within a session. Do not paste secrets or sensitive personal data into the chat.

Email delivery

Transactional and inquiry emails are sent via Resend from an ncdLabs address (for example noreply@ncdlabs.com). Content depends on the feature you used.

Error monitoring and hosting

Cloudflare Workers may report operational errors to Sentry for reliability. Reports concern service health and may include request metadata. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request URLs under Cloudflare’s practices.

Hosted products (including AttendeeSync)

For multi-tenant SaaS products such as AttendeeSync, we process account data and connector credentials you provide, plus operational records needed for sync, billing, and security. Registrant information is typically forwarded to your configured CRM; we prefer opaque delivery identifiers over storing full registrant PII long term. Zoom and similar hosts authorize via OAuth; deauthorization and data-compliance callbacks revoke tokens and remove connection-scoped data as implemented by the product.

Product-specific detail also appears on the product site (for example AttendeeSync privacy). Retention schedules are described in our data retention and protection policy.

Customer-hosted products

Installing software on your own systems means that product’s data generally stays under your control, except where you connect a third-party service or use this website to buy, download, or inquire.

Lawful bases and sharing

We process information to provide services you request, operate and secure our systems, meet legal obligations, and—where appropriate—pursue legitimate interests such as product improvement and fraud prevention. We use processors (for example Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, analytics and error tools) under agreements appropriate to the service. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Our sites and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
